Organic Apulian almonds – Genco and Tondina

We grow two almond cultivars, Genco and Tondina, both traditional to our area.

Almond trees are highly resistant to summer drought, so we grow them using dry-farming techniques. The result is an almond that varies somewhat in size but is exceptionally rich in flavour.

Ideal for snacking and for traditional almond-paste sweets.
